"Conditions" means these terms and conditions, "product" means a product displayed for sale on the website, "we, "us", "our" means Resonance Publishing Limited, "you", "your" means the user of this website, "working days" means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

You are provided with access to this website in accordance with these Conditions and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Conditions.
When you register with www.resonancepublishing.co.uk website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all session and transactions taken under these details. You should keep your password safe and not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.
You warrant that the personal information provided when you register as a customer is true, accurate, current and complete in all aspects, and you will notify us immediately if any of your details change. You may update your details by signing into your account on the Resonance Publishing Limited website.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name you are not authorised to use.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damaged, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this website, or the use by any other person accessing the website using your shopping account and/or your personal information.
By creating an account you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. In placing an order you confirm that you are aware of any age restrictions on these products and assert that you are old enough to purchase them.
All orders are made subject to these terms and conditions.
When using this website you shall not post or send to or from this website any material for which you have not obtained all necessary consents, is discriminatory, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, liable to incite racial hatred, in breach of confidentiality or privacy, which may cause annoyance or inconvenience to others, which encourages or constitutes conduct that would be deemed a criminal offence, give rise to a civil liability, or otherwise is contrary to the law in the United Kingdom.
The Contract Between Us
Your contract for purchases made through www.resonancepublishing.co.uk is with Resonance Publishing Limited (registered in England and Wales 7549027).
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Resonance Publishing Limited until payment of the whole of the price for the goods ordered has been received. Once payment has been received Resonance Publishing Limited will confirm that your order has been received by sending an email to you. This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, order number and the total price (including postage and packaging).
Resonance Publishing Limited’s acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on these terms. Any term sought to be imposed by you in your order will not form part of the contract.
You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
Resonance Publishing Limited are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of any obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by email. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. If we are unable to contact you or we receive no reply from you, we will cancel your order.
Resonance Publishing Limited reserve the right to change prices listed without notice.
Resonance Publishing Limited reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company.
Availability of goods you order
If Resonance Publishing Limited have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible and advise you of the estimated delay (usually 7-10 working days) in despatching the complete order. You may then give us your instructions regarding what you would like us to do with your order. You may wish to continue with the order and instruct us to: (i) dispatch immediately what is available in stock at the time, and dIspatch the rest of the order as soon the goods become available (no postage and packaging charges), or (ii) delay the dispatch until sufficient stock is available. You may wish to cancel the order completely, in which case any sum debited from your credit/debit card will be re-credited to your account and Resonance Publishing Limited will notify you by email at the address given by you in your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details and availabilities of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information including product descriptions, prices and availability at a particular time may not reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. Please note that the price the goods are offered for tender are as displayed in the shopping.
Delivery of goods to you
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate based upon availability, normal processing and delivery companies. An email will be sent to you to advise you when the goods have been dispatched (this is normally within 1-2 days of receiving your order).
Goods will be sent to the person and the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
Disposal of packing material is your responsibility.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. It is accepted by you that Resonance Publishing Limited has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance.
Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when the goods are dispatched to you from our distribution centre.
Resonance Publishing Limited does not accept payment directly and no card details are kept by Resonance Publishing Limited. Payments are handled by third party payment gateway, in our case CardSave.
Before accepting your order a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction. No payment is debited from your card during this pre-authorisation, though your card issuer may ‘reserve’ these funds against your payment card.
All product prices and delivery charges are shown in UK pounds sterling.
Prices and VAT
We do not charge VAT. Delivery charges are extra and are applied where applicable.
Although we make every effort to ensure the prices on the website are correct, mistakes may sometime be made. If we discover a mistake in the price of the products you have ordered prior to their despatch, we will contact you and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If we do not receive a reply we will cancel your order.
Cancellations and returns
This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses, which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations. Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.
You may cancel your order for goods at any time up 14 days after receipt. You do no need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty.
To cancel your order you must notify Resonance Publishing Limited in writing (by email, fax or post).
If you have received the goods before you cancel your order, then you must send them back to us at your own expense and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for dispatch and you have yet to receive them, you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at your own expense and risk as soon as possible. If the goods are not to your expectations and you wish to return the goods, do so within 14 days of receipt and send them back to us at your own expense and risk.
Products can be returned under the following conditions:
The item(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
The items must be in unused (re-saleable) condition.
Once you have notified us that you are withdrawing your order, any sum debited from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
By post in accordance with the following procedure:
Repackage the products securely and send the products together with the reason for return, a copy of the invoice/delivery note, your email address, order number and instructions as whether you would like a refund or a replacement.
Returns by post are made at your own risk and expense. You must ensure that the item(s) are packaged adequately, at your own expense, to protect against damage. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you.
Refunds will be credited to the same card used for the order after we have received the returned item(s) and we are satisfied that the item(s) are undamaged. We will make every effort to make the refund as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item from us, please notify us by email or in writing and return it to us within 14 days of receipt for an exchange. Replacement goods will only be dIspatched after the original goods have been received.
Goods lost in transit
For deliveries to any UK address please allow 10 working days from the date of dIspatch. If after 10 days your goods have not arrived, please contact us.
We treat all your personal information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation in place.
When you shop on the website, we will ask you to input and will collect personal information from you such as your name, email address, billing address, delivery address, telephone number, product selections and a password.
